We welcome students of all ages — from teens as young as 13 to working professionals of any age. Our youngest students are enrolled in our dedicated teen coding programme, which uses interactive, age-appropriate teaching methods. There is no upper age limit. It's never too late to start a career in tech.

We have instructors who can teach in English and Urdu. When you apply, you can specify your preferred teaching language and we will match you with a suitable instructor.
Absolutely. We warmly welcome complete beginners — whether career changers, students, or those simply curious about tech. Our instructors are respectful, patient, and experienced in teaching students from all backgrounds. There is no prerequisite experience needed to join Leaders Academia.
All classes for students under 18 are conducted in a safe, supervised, and structured online environment. Our teen instructors have experience working with younger learners and use fun, interactive materials. We also invite parents to sit in on the trial class to observe the teaching style and decide if it's the right fit.
Each course is divided into structured modules, with each module containing a series of live sessions. Your teacher follows a curriculum designed by our academic team while personalising it to your pace and learning style. Sessions are typically 30–60 minutes and conducted via secure video call.
Course duration varies depending on the programme and how often you attend classes. A typical beginner web development course takes 3–6 months with 3 sessions per week. Advanced specializations can take several years to master. Our instructors will give you a personalised timeline estimate during your first class.
Our courses are teacher-led and scheduled, but highly flexible. You and your teacher agree on a regular session schedule that fits your lifestyle. You can also reschedule sessions with 24 hours' notice. The curriculum adapts to your progress — we never rush students to an arbitrary pace.
Yes. Students on the Standard and Premium plans receive a digital certificate of completion for each course they finish. The certificate includes your name, the course name, completion date, and is signed by your teacher and the academy director. Physical copies are also available on request.
You can enroll in multiple courses simultaneously depending on your subscription plan. The Starter plan allows 1 course at a time, Standard allows 5, and Premium offers unlimited courses. You can also switch your course focus at any time by notifying our support team.
We understand that life happens. If you need to miss a session, please notify your teacher or our support team at least 2 hours in advance. Missed sessions can be rescheduled within the same week. Recorded sessions (where consent is given) may also be made available via your student dashboard.
Our platform works on any device with a web browser and internet connection — computers (Windows, Mac, Chromebook), tablets (iPad, Android), and smartphones (iPhone, Android). We recommend using a laptop or desktop with a larger screen for the best learning experience. Live classes run on Google Meet or Zoom, both of which are free to use.
A minimum of 2 Mbps upload and download speed is recommended for smooth HD video classes. Most standard home broadband and 4G/5G mobile connections exceed this. If you experience quality issues, we also offer audio-only mode which works at lower speeds. A wired connection is preferable over Wi-Fi for stability.
Once enrolled, you will receive a calendar invite with a secure meeting link (Google Meet or Zoom) for each scheduled session. You can also access your upcoming class links directly from your student dashboard. Simply click the link at the scheduled time — your teacher will be waiting in the meeting room.
No special software is required to use our student portal. For live classes, we use Google Meet (which works in your browser) or the Zoom app, which is free to download. Your student dashboard for managing your schedule, progress, and materials is fully browser-based.
If you experience technical difficulties, first try refreshing the page or rejoining the meeting link. If the issue persists, contact our live support via WhatsApp — we aim to respond within 10 minutes. The session will be rescheduled at no cost if a technical issue on our side caused disruption.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfers. For students in specific regions, we support local payment methods. All transactions are encrypted and secured using industry-standard SSL technology.
We offer a full, no-questions-asked 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, simply contact our support team and we will process your full refund within 3–5 business days. After 30 days, refund requests are assessed individually based on circumstances.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your student dashboard. There are no cancellation fees and no contracts. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period, after which no further charges will occur.
Yes. We have a limited scholarship fund for students who genuinely cannot afford our standard fees. Please contact us confidentially to enquire. We also offer family discounts under the Premium plan (up to 4 family members). Annual billing saves 30% compared to monthly billing.
No. Our free 7-day trial does not require a credit card, so you will never be automatically charged. At the end of your trial, you will receive an email inviting you to choose a plan if you wish to continue. There is zero risk of unexpected charges.
Every instructor undergoes a rigorous multi-stage vetting process before joining Leaders Academia. This includes: verification of industry certifications and work experience, a live teaching demonstration assessed by our senior instructors, background checks, and a 3-month probationary period during which student feedback is monitored closely. All instructors are re-evaluated annually.
Yes. While we initially recommend an instructor based on your needs, level, and language preference, you are free to browse our instructors directory and request a specific instructor. If your preferred instructor has availability, we will arrange your sessions with them. You can also switch instructors at any time.
Yes, absolutely. We have a dedicated team of qualified female instructors. Students, and parents who prefer their teens to be taught by women, can specifically request a female instructor. This is a common request and we are fully equipped to accommodate it.
If your assigned teacher is temporarily unavailable, we will arrange a substitute teacher of equal qualification. You will be notified at least 24 hours in advance. If you wish to permanently change your teacher, simply request it through your dashboard or by contacting support — it's a straightforward process with no extra charge.
