1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any course or coaching program offered by Leaders Academia ("the Academy", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not enroll or use our services.

Leaders Academia is operated by Leaders Academia, F Block, Satellite Town, New Katarian Road, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. Founder: Hassan Nisar.

2. Enrollment & Registration

To enroll in any program, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18).
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Pay the applicable course fee or confirm your eligibility for the free first class.

Leaders Academia reserves the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion, including in cases of incomplete information or previous violations of these terms.

3. Course Fees & Payment

3.1 Pricing

All fees are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at the time of enrollment are binding for that enrollment.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and cash payments at our campus. Payment must be received in full before access to course materials is granted, except for the free first class.

3.3 Free First Class

A 10% discount is applied to your first enrolled course. Subsequent courses are charged at full price as per the applicable course fee.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first paid class, subject to the following:

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@leadersacademia.com.
• You must not have completed more than 2 paid modules.
• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
• Administration fees of PKR 500 may be deducted.

No refunds are available after the 7-day window or after module 2 has been completed.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials including videos, PDFs, worksheets, and curricula are the intellectual property of Leaders Academia. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share any course material without prior written permission.

Personal use for your own learning is permitted. Commercial use is strictly prohibited.

6. Student Conduct

All students are expected to:

• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect.
• Not disrupt classes or coaching sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary business information shared by instructors.
• Not share login credentials or course access with non-enrolled individuals.

Violations may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Leaders Academia provides education and training to the best of our ability. However, we do not guarantee specific income levels, job placements, or freelancing outcomes. Results vary depending on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors.

Income figures mentioned in testimonials reflect exceptional results and are not typical for all students.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, Leaders Academia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of income or business opportunity.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued enrollment after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rawalpindi / Islamabad.
